Are you passionate about swimwear and fashion, and eager to launch your career in design? Join our team as a Junior Design Assistant and contribute to the creation of our upcoming collections.

The Role: As a Junior Design Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our design and development process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with technical CADs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Cutting and sewing rough toiles.
• Taking detailed notes during fit sessions.
• Researching and ordering swatches.
• Assisting in model sourcing and scouting shoot locations.
• Filming, creating, and editing content for Instagram and TikTok.

This is a casual role based at our Pimpama Studio, providing invaluable hands-on experience in the fashion industry.

The Ideal Candidate: We seek a motivated individual, ideally someone currently studying fashion or a recent graduate, with:

• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to read and cut patterns, and operate domestic sewing machines.
• Experience in researching and creating mood boards.
• Basic video editing skills using a phone or iMovie.
• Willingness to assist with studio cleaning.
• Availability to work Friday afternoons.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience with Clo3d.
