HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? ►

ORDERS AND SHIPPING►
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order. Shipping times after order processing are displayed below:

DUTIES & TAXES►
Orders from us ship from Australia. You may be responsible for import duties & taxes depending on where you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be responsible for this. Please contact your customs office for further info.
RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES►
In the event an insufficient address is provided and/or the order is returned to sender, the item can either be re-shipped at the customer's expense or refunded less a $10 AUD restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
