STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
Australia (Standard): $12.98 AUD (orders $0.00–$58.98).
Australia (Standard): FREE (orders $58.98+).
Australia (Express): $23.98 AUD.

International (Standard): $24.98 AUD (orders $0.00–$149.99).
International (Express): $34.98 AUD.

Final shipping options and costs are confirmed at checkout.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from when we receive your order (longer during peak periods).

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Australia Standard: 2–8 business days
Australia Express: 1–4 business days
International Standard: 6–27 business days
International Express: delivery time varies by destination (shown at checkout)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available). You can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to the order details page.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders ship from Australia. International orders may be responsible for import duties & taxes depending on the destination. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside our control. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or because it was not collected, we can either:

(1) Re-ship the order at the customer's expense; or
(2) Refund the item price minus any original shipping costs and a $10 AUD processing fee.

Note: This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size or you changed your mind), you can contact us within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or return, subject to the conditions below.

Hygiene items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, jockstraps, swimwear, and socks are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty / not as described / incorrect items: This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe an item is faulty, not as described, or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we'll work with you to provide a remedy. If a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse any reasonable return postage costs you have already paid (please keep your receipt).
